  • Trader Joe’s Multi-Grain Sprouted Bread, 90 calories, 5 grams protein, 2 grams of fiber
  • 100 grams Fage non-fat yogurt 55 calories, 14 grams protein
  • 23 grams pure peanut butter  135 calories8 grams protein, 3 grams fiber
  • 86 grams fresh raspberries, 45 calories and 8 grams fiber.
  • Fresh peaches, 45 calories another 3 grams of fiber.
